General Terms and Conditions of Sale for products offered on appart-lavande.com

Article 1 – Object
These terms and conditions govern the sale by appart-lavande.com of short-term stays in furnished apartments.
Article 2 – Prices
If you place an order from a country other than mainland France, you are considered the importer of the products involved. Duties, exchange charges, or other local or state taxes may apply.
These fees and charges are not the responsibility of appart-lavande.com. They are your sole responsibility, including for enforcement, declaration, and payment to your local authorities and organizations. We recommend checking with your local agencies for further information.
All orders, regardless of origin, must be paid in euros.
appart-lavande.com reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed according to the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed, subject to availability.
The products remain the property of appart-lavande.com, even during the renters’ stay.
Note: When the renter takes possession of the premises (enters the apartment), responsibility for any damages caused in the apartment is transferred to the renter.
Article 3 – Orders

Through rental platforms such as airbnb.com, booking.com, abritel.com, leboncoin.fr, and any other short-term furnished rental websites.
Contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed, at the latest, at the time your booking is confirmed.
appart-lavande.com reserves the right not to accept a payment or to refuse an order for any reason, especially if there is a problem with availability or an issue with the order received.
Article 4 – Order Confirmation
Placing an order on appart-lavande.com implies full adherence to these General Terms and Conditions. Any order confirmation signifies your full acceptance with no exception.
All data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction.
You declare that you are fully aware of this.
Confirmation of your order will stand as your signature and acceptance of the transaction.
A summary of your order details will be sent to you by email.
Article 5 – Payment
Confirming your order obliges you to pay the price specified.
Payment is made by credit card on appart-lavande.com.
Article 6 – Cancellation Conditions
- Cancellation more than 45 days before arrival: 100% refund
- Cancellation between 45 and 30 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: non-refundable
Article 7 – Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on appart-lavande.com.
If a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will either be automatically canceled and no payment taken, or we will offer to help you find another property for your stay.
Article 8 – Liability
The products offered comply with applicable French law.
appart-lavande.com cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of a rented apartment.
appart-lavande.com will not be responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet network, including a service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.
Article 9 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The language of this contract is French. These sales conditions are governed by French law. In the event of dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 10 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the appart-lavande.com website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of appart-lavande.com.
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use any part of the site, whether software, visuals, or audio, for any purpose, even partially, without express written consent from appart-lavande.com.
Any simple or hypertext link to this site is strictly prohibited without express written approval from appart-lavande.com.
Article 11 – Personal Data

The digital records of appart-lavande.com will be regarded by all parties as proof of communications, bookings, payments, and transactions between the parties.
