For years, I explored the far corners of the globe with curiosity and enthusiasm, but no place could rival the timeless charm of my native Provence. The power of its landscapes, the authenticity of its traditions, the softness of its scents — all of it formed an irresistible magnet that kept pulling me back home.

A daily ritual reconnected me deeply to my Provençal roots. Every morning, I lace up my shoes and head out for a ten-kilometer run through the hills of the Luberon. This morning practice has become far more than just exercise. It's my meditation, my quiet time to draw inspiration and serenity.
As my stride sets the rhythm of my breath, my thoughts slowly drift away, giving way to an exceptional clarity of mind. The sun caresses my skin, the cicadas sing their summer melody, and the wild lavender releases its intoxicating fragrance. It was during those suspended moments, between two deep breaths, that the answer became obvious:
