What is the cancellation policy?
Free 100 % refund up to 21 days before arrival. Within 21 days, no refund. In exchange, we offer the best rates on the market: no platform fees, no middlemen — you pay the fair price directly to the owners.
Is cleaning included?
Yes — professional cleaning and hotel-grade linens (sheets, towels, kitchen cloths) are included. Spotless apartment on arrival.
Are towels provided?
Yes, hotel-grade bath towels for every guest plus full bed linen. Travel light.
Is parking included?
Free on-street parking nearby, free after 7 pm, on Sundays and public holidays. During the day, several covered public car parks are within 6 minutes' walk: Parking des Halles, Parking Jean Jaurès Indigo, Parking Saint-Lazare. Tip: Avignon Centre station is 10 minutes' walk — many guests come by train and skip the car altogether.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome with a €24.99 per-stay supplement (extra cleaning + bedding). Just tick the "Pet" option when booking. Small or medium well-behaved dogs — please let us know if yours is a large breed.
Can I smoke in the apartment?
No, our apartments are strictly non-smoking (cigarettes and e-cigarettes). The balcony and the street remain available.
Can I host a party?
For your comfort and that of our neighbours, parties and large groups are not allowed. Avignon has plenty of bars, restaurants and terraces to celebrate.
Can I get a business invoice?
Absolutely. Detailed invoice on request with your company name, VAT details and full stay info. Ideal for business trips or expense reports.
Are you reachable during the stay?
Yes — we stay reachable 7 days a week via WhatsApp, phone or email throughout your stay. If anything goes wrong, we respond fast.
Is the apartment wheelchair-accessible?
Unfortunately our apartments are not adapted to wheelchair users (stair access, bathroom not PRM-equipped). We are sorry.
